User Guide


The MemberKit User Guide (which you are reading now) is the best place to seek initial answers. It includes articles ranging from getting started, to more elaborate details on configuring memberships, events, communications or create content.


The MemberKit Helpdesk including User Guide can be found at http://memberkit.freshdesk.com or from your admin portal's main navigation menu.


Ticket-based User Support


If you can't find what you need in the User Guide or just found a bug, then submit a ticket directly from your admin portal. You'll find a purple "support" button located on the right once you've logged in.



Tailored Assistant (optional)


If you need extra assistance, don't have the time or just want somebody to jump in to set things up for you, then optional tailored assistance is available upon request. Covering a range of services including general set up and configuration, building pages or places content, styling your overall site and creating custom email templates.
