Public website

Your MemberKit site consists of a public website area (to display content news, events, forms, resources and so forth) and an admin portal (to manage that content, profiles, memberships, create events, marketing and so forth).

Your website can be accessed either by a custom domain (as specified upon setup and once DNS is configured by you or your domain provider) or by a temporary URL. The public area includes login and permission controls for access to profile account details (such as updating personal details, event history, membership status, etc.) or to unlock restrict resources. Usernames and passwords can be specified by users (for example, when applying for membership, events, donations, etc.), manually set or updated through the admin portal, or during certain actions may be automatically generated.

For website styling, layouts, menus and page content, this is fully customisable through the admin portal.


Admin Portal

To access your admin portal, enter your public website address followed by the /admin/ sub-folder. For example:


www.mydomain.com/admin/        or        myorganisation.memberkit.club/admin/
